For this reason, participants develop a comprehensive business plan during the course to act as the road map for future growth. You do not have to be a current business owner to participate! This course will cover all elements in a business plan. Includes planning/research; management/legal structure; marketing analysis & understanding; books, records & controls; financing your business & the deal making process, and much more. The workshop will be held weekly, every Monday evening from September 13 thru December 6, 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
