Beginning Financial Management

Prerequisite: Must Know Excel. This 4-hour workshop includes formulated spreadsheets in Excel that help to create budgets and project financial. Learn how to forecast sales and revenue, create cash flow projection, determine time to secure funding, use financial statements to develop business plans, make better management decisions and set financial performance goals.
