Dustin is a consummate entrepreneur balancing on a continuum between academia and practicum. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with an Entrepreneurial Leadership concentration from Regent University, an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science with a Marketing and Economics concentration from Colorado State University.

As the former Executive Vice President of the Vail Leadership Institute, predecessor to the Vail Centre, Dustin oversaw the Exploring Potential high school character development program, maintained the Leaders Network, was the liaison for the White River Council of Mentors and Advisers, initiated and facilitated the expansion of key Institute programs, and oversaw managers on other Institute endorsed initiatives. Dustin’s past experience includes CEO of Scarpa LLC operating franchise units in conjunction with Global Franchise Group. Drawn to the active outdoor lifestyle, Dustin spends his free time skiing, mountaineering and mountain biking with his wife and kids.
